Sales Kick Off
Goals/Objective
Western Digital’s 2025 sales theme was “Built to Win”. For their annual kick off conference, set in San Diego, they requested the main event visual to include a surfer to convey competitiveness and reference the coastal area.
The heavy, bold font gives the lockup a confident and assertive feel. The key graphic leverages their brand shape with the silhouette of a surfer positioned to transform the shape into an abstract wave barrel. Utilizing the negative space for the surfer silhouette gives the graphic a crisp and energizing feel. The watercolor splash invites the organic movement and refreshment of water.
